June 22 2004 - Threshold sweep replaced 1st time due to threshold installation issue. THRESHOLD issue. Threshold issue never properly corrected at this point. Shortly after the rubber strip was replaced it torn again. Later to find out threshold was not installed correctly. Heartland never corrected the reason the rubber stripping tore, only replaced the rubber strip instead of correcting the threshold. |

Clint is the person that specialized in siding and wasn't sure why he was asked to perform the water testing outside the front of our home. - Never received any acknowledgement or response from Craig on this.
